We had my son's 11th birthday party with 9 of his friends in October 2018. I must say it was fantastic. The boys loved it and wanted to go back in that's how fun it was. Once they did the mission they cam out to a meal which they chose before they went in. The table was set up and all I had to bring was the cake. My son loved it so much and now all his friends want the same party. The staff are fantastic and so friendly. Thank you spy missions for making my boys day special.

The experience was good the kids enjoyed it and said the task they completed was really fun and the guides who took them in made it fun for them. During the time the kids were in the mission everything felt a bit rushed and i saw the woman at the front raising her voice at the other staff and i thought it was very unprofessional that she was raising her voice loudly in front of customers and using foul language in front of other parties who had kids . she seemed very unorganised and she was barely at the reception and not really helpful

We were concerned at how unprofessional and neglectful the staff were towards the children. The room guides were disinterested and did not engage with the children. One had headphones in to watch videos on his phone. Several times he left the room with very little instructions leaving six year olds in dark rooms with no purpose. A second member of staff had the same attitude, watching her phone and leaving the group of children alone with no adult when she thought we were not there to see this. As well as being unprofessional and lazy - ruining the experience for the children which we had paid for - it’s a health and safety issue. The woman at the desk who appeared in charge was hostile, rude and argumentative. She did not provide activity sheets so the children waiting before and after the slots and nothing to do. For the amount we paid this level of inattentiveness and disregard is unacceptable.

Horrendous! When we arrived there were 3 parties going on at the same time and the noise was deafening. The space itself is small with barely any decoration, like a rundown can teen, and the staff were unhelpful and disinterested at best. Kids told me they were also quite rude to them. There was no enthusiasm at all. The food was disgusting- one small piece of frozen pizza and some horrible chips. The kids were pretty much left on their own most of the time. No way worth the £300 we paid. You couldn’t pay me to go back again.

Avoid at all costs!!! Literally stole over £200 for my twin daughters 11th birthday…refused to give me my money back after seeing countless bad reviews of uncooked food and pictures of literal dirt in the ‘party area’. Also was told by local mums in the area that the place is awful, not safe for children and the staff members become easily frustrated and sometimes aggressive towards the children. I gave good reason and good time for a cancellation / refund. Know one was booked in and no food prepared but they still refused to provide a refund. I am now seeking legal action to recoup my money back. On principle I happily paid for all 16 children to have a different party with another company as I did not want to chance any of our children experiencing the same level of disrespect from spy missions staff members. I have disregarded the money spent with spy-missions however , I urge other mums to avoid this company if you don’t want the stress and complete disrespect from their head of Richard, who is clearly just in it for the money!
